That's a submission for the "Stop waiting for Godot" game jam. I did this a little earlier, that is on thursday and friday.

My inspiration was an old shareware game called Warblade, but it doesn't really have much to do with it aside from being yet another shmup.

Classic feeling to it. Reminds me of the early flash days! Pretty hard as well!

I really like the background music and speed. It's got a good level of challenge. One piece of feedback would be maybe to have a limit to the bullets? That principle of "make sure each action has a reason not to do it"...I feel like I'm best off just spamming shoot. Maybe if it affected my movement or I had a limited supply?

Thanks :) Yeah, I know about the spamming, but at some point I just had enough of messing around and wanted to push the game out already so I settled down on a reason not to mash the button which is simply not destroying one's keyboard :P
